Conditions for Return/Exchange:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product (Abaya, kids' wear, or toys) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like inner-wear or heavily used toys may not be eligible for return.

Once approved, you can send the item back to our designated address in Pakistan.
After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
